Our cast iron horizontal pipeline pump ISW series pipe centrifugal pump, designed per ISO2858 and JB/T53058-93 standards, saves energy and transfers clear water and similar liquids, suitable for various water supply needs.

● ISW: Up to 80ºC for industrial/municipal use.
● IRW: Up to 120ºC for hot water.
● GRW: Up to 240ºC for high-temp applications.
● IHW: For corrosive liquids, -20ºC to 120ºC.

Work Conditions

1. Inlet pressure ≤1.0Mpa, or pump system maximum work pressure ≤1.6Mpa, pump inlet pressure + pump head≤1.6Mpa, pump static pressure test pressure: 2.5Mpa. The pump system work pressure is greater than 1.6Mpa, you shall specify in the order.
2. Ambient temperature<40ºC, relative humidity<95%.
3. The solid particle volume of the media shall not exceed 0.1%, particle diameter <0.2mm.

● Inlet and Outlet Design: The inlet port is horizontal while the outlet port is positioned vertically upwards, simplifying piping layout and installation.
● The pump operates with high concentricity, providing stability and low noise.
● Equipped with a mechanical seal made from wear-resistant materials like silicon carbide, ensuring reliable, leak-free operation, with a shaft seal of cemented carbide.
● It is convenient for maintenance. It is not necessary to remove the pipe. Just remove the pump cover nut and the motor and transmission components for maintenance.
